耐久舒適耐用 Flyknit 紗線實現彈性透氣的支撐力，帶來如襪的舒適感受。超強韌的 Flywire 織線結合鞋帶設計，讓雙足穩固定位。
穩定有彈性的緩震機能可抽換中底，在鞋跟處採用較為厚實的設計，而前足部位則較為柔軟，可在練習舉重時提供穩定性，並在練習衝刺和短跑時提供有彈性的緩震機能。

Flyknit 緣起Nike Flyknit 技術靈感源自於跑者們的寶貴意見，他們持續追求如襪子般的極致貼合機能，希冀能發掘讓人感覺不到存在的跑鞋。於是 Nike 與一組由程式設計師、工程師與設計師組成的團隊攜手合作，展開為期四年的研發任務，目標是開創能回應此需求的技術，製作具穩固元素的針織鞋面，實現結構感和耐久性。接下來則是要將&網路購物#x652F;撐力、靈活度和透氣性精準配置在單一層體上，同時進行微調。最終打造出羽量輕盈、貼合足形且幾乎完全沒有接縫的鞋面。除了擁有前所未見的精準貼合度，利於發揮最佳表現之外，相較於傳統製鞋的剪裁及縫製過程，還可減少材料浪費，平均達到 60%。每雙 Flyknit 鞋款相當於使用了六個回收塑膠瓶，讓數百萬磅的材料免於被送至垃圾掩埋場的命運。

I LOVE the look and feel, but I'm having to return them because the awful heel slippage makes it a really unstable workout. Super bummed because I was looking for something a little less rigid than my traditional Metcons ;(.

Can’t get enough of these shoes! They are unbelievably comfortable and look amazing! I’m actually going to buy a second pair in a different color because I love them so much. I 100% recommend!

I've tried Metcons 2, 3, and 4, along with a pair of No Bulls trying to find my "perfect" crossfit shoe. My favorites for heavy lifting are the Metcons 2, but I didn't love them for general WODs. The No Bulls don't fit me well at all and I was at my wit's end for a shoe that felt right during my workouts. When these went on sale, I decided it was time to try them. I haven&刷卡限時回饋#x27;t worn any of my other shoes since I got the Metcon Flyknits. Compared to the Metcons, they have a little heel lift and some extra cushioning, which makes them way better for short runs and jumping. They also fit closer to my foot and I don't ever feel my feet sliding around in them. Initially, I was concerned about the heel slide, but with a light sock it hasn't been a problem at all. These are great shoes and I'm so happy I gave them a try. The only reason I don't give them five stars is because they aren't nearly as stable for heavy lifting as the regular Metcons, but it's a trade off for the comfort and feel of this great shoe.
